Meet Doc (or Doctor) one of the sweetest boys!! Doc tries very hard and wants to find a calm family of his own that he can love. Doc is very timid and shy and does take some time to warm up. Once he warms up, he is in absolute love!! He gives the softest kisses and cuddles. He is medium energy once settled in and does benefit from playing in yard for about 30 minutes twice a day. His favourite game is chase me and fetch.

Doc is house-trained (will go in the house if something terrifies him), crate-trained and would benefit going to a home with another confident dog so he can continue learning to be a dog and comfortable with people. He is good with big and small dogs. Cats I am unsure of but with how friendly he is, I’m sure he would be fine with proper intros.
Doc is very fearful of the car, but we can get him into it and out of it with some encouragement. We have not been able to fully walk Doc because of how scared he is but we work on it daily. His favourite walk is very early in the morning with his foster brother who he is inseparable from, and he prances along beside him but alone we do not get very far. I have seen Doc around children, and he is very scared of them and would like to run as far away as he could, with how scared he is I would suggest a home with older calm dog smart kids or possibly adult only homes that have another confident dog. He benefits from a calm atmosphere.

Doc tries extremely hard and is very sweet and good once he warms up on his own time. Anyone would be very lucky to have some Doctor love.
