Description
Male, 5 years, chihuahua X, 13 lbs
Cricket is a well rounded feisty little guy. He adores long walks and will march across creeks, jump over logs and drag you along. He is great with other dogs, cats, kids and women. Men he needs a bit more time with but he is totally trainable with it. Cricket wants to always be close and does howl and bark when left. He settles out quickly though. He marks in the house (I assume this is primarily because he’s not neutered and I have lots of dogs). I keep him leashed and with a belly band and he’s getting it. He’s so so smart and wonderful. He loves cuddles and makes the most wonderful tiny grunts when he’s happy. He does bark at new things but stops right away when asked. Cricket wants an active home, one with adventures and other doggie friends.
This dog has upcoming veterinary tasks (neuter) covered on the BARCS Rescue account at our veterinary partners. The adopter must be in agreement to schedule and attend these appointments after adoption..
Cricket is being fostered in Calgary.
