Hello, My name is Kobe.

It's been an interesting week since I met my foster mom because everything smells, sounds, and looks different from where I come from.

I weigh about 19 kg, but my foster Mom tries to fatten me up more. I am not a big fan of dry food, so my foster mom always mixes it with a soft diet. My foster mom brushes my teeth after, and I am kinda okay with it.

The records said I was not housebroken, but my foster mom taught me where to do and I can brag about that I had NO accident in the house so far.

I am trying to learn English like "sit" and "come" but who cares, when I know my manners already around people and animals and everybody in the shelter told me that I am very sweet and gentle. I started to learn and enjoy "indoor living." I love so many things like laying down on the floor and smelling my foster mom's toes whenever she is busy with her computer.

I love walking with her on a leash in the small woods near my house. I don't understand why my foster sister is chewing human's stuff. I know what to chew and what not to. I sleep in a crate at night no problem.

I am looking for my forever human, so we can have a good time together for years to come. I feel sleepy at odd times because of the time difference, so I got to go. See you soon!

Kobe's foster mom says:
- Kobe is a handsome medium-sized dog with beautiful brown eyes. - - Kobe arrived terrified from abroad and is getting used to the new environment day by day.
- Sudden movement or household noises, such as someone ringing a bell at the door, can really frighten him, but everyday this smart boy is improving.
- Kobe is very good with humans (men and women.)
- Kobe takes treats very gently from hand. Not super-motivated with food.
- Incredibly tolerant with touching and grooming (including ear cleaning, nail trimming and teeth brushing.)
- Kobe is very respectful to other (big or small) dogs’ spaces and expects the same from other dogs, guarding his crate.
- He spontaneously goes to his crate. When needed, Kobe can spend time in his crate calmly and stays there throughout the nights, too.
- Toileting in the backyard without problem.
- No mischievous or destructive behavior.
- Occasionally barks when he hears new sounds around the house.
- Once he gets used to new surroundings and builds his confidence, he will be a solid dog and a love of life for someone special.

All he needs is some time to adjust and his own loving family.
