If you’re looking for a dog who will love your family with her whole heart, let me introduce you to Rayne.
Rayne has been an absolute joy to foster. She’s 6 years old, house-trained, calm, and incredibly affectionate—but still has a playful side that shows up in the best ways. She adores toys (even if they don’t last long in her care!), loves her daily walks, and is always up for a good cuddle session. Her favorite thing? Just being with her people. When the whole family is home, she lights up—you’ll see her do her happy “joomies” (her own version of zoomies), and it’s the kind of pure joy that reminds you why dogs are the best.
Pet her or give her a hug, and she’ll reward you with a big, heart-melting smile. She loves affection and makes sure you know it.
Rayne is wonderful with children—truly gentle, patient, and loving. She has such a calm, steady presence, and she fits right into the rhythm of a home. She also loves car rides and rides like a dream—windows down or up, she’s just happy to be along for the ride.
Rayne loves being tucked into her blanket, rolling happily on her bed.
She’s currently working on her reactivity toward other dogs while on leash. She’s making progress through training, but she’ll thrive as the only dog in the home, where she can feel safe and secure and be the center of attention. She hasn’t been tested with cats yet, so we’re unsure how she’d do with them.
Rayne doesn’t have any health issues—she’s spayed, fully vaccinated, and in great shape. She loves her food (a little too much sometimes!), which makes her easy to train and eager to learn.
What kind of home does Rayne need?
She’ll do best in a home where:

There are kids or a family that enjoys being together—she truly thrives when surrounded by love
Someone is home more often than not, or she can be included in daily life
