If you’re looking for a dog to be the center of your universe Murphy is your guy.
This gorgeous boy is the ultimate Velcro dog, always by your side !
Murphy doesn’t seem to want much out of life apart from lots of love, his one requirement being you must be happy out in the yard playing ball with him, he would spend all day getting you throwing for him if he could. Indoors he will play with a soft ball or a rope ball happily tossing in the air to amuse himself.
He has medium energy and loves walks, he doesn’t pull, is friendly to other dogs and humans, travels really well in the car.
He will sit and wait while you prepare his food and sit until told it’s ok to eat, he takes treats gently and I found him to be a well-mannered guy.
Murphy would probably do best in an adult only home or a home with children over 16.
Another dog in the home could well work with the right introduction, ideally being older than Murphy.
Murphy is fully house-trained and non-destructive and knows the commands sit, down,
wait and no. He responded well to recalls in the yard but wasn’t tested in an open area.
He’s fun and very sweet and will make wonderful companion!
