Female, 9 months, collie X

Cookie is an amazing little dog to say the least. She absolutely adores people of all sizes and does well with children as well. She takes everything in stride but doesn't like loud noises (vacuum, large vehicles) or sudden movements. That being said though these are things I think she will overcome in no time. She is so smart and has her basic skills down (sit, laydown - stay is steadily improving each day) and understands 'No'. She is so good and all she wants to do is please and she really tries her hardest.

She enjoys car rides and settles down quickly and loves being outside. She does well when meeting new dogs and people when she is out and about. She can be cautious of people coming into her home but still did well and was cuddling with the visitor soon enough. Cookie is an absolute cuddle bug and loves attention and just being with her people. She has been introduced to lots from dogs and children, groups of people, horses, and a short interaction with a cat as well where nothing happened.

Cookie has had diarrhea on and off while in foster care but aside from a few little accidents within her first 3 days has been incredible and is very much potty trained. Cookie has been staying in her crate on days where her human is gone for several hours but does get left out alone for shorter periods with no incidents.

I truly believe Cookie will do well in any home environment with time
