Female, age unknown, Jack Russell terrier X

Saphr is a very affectionate girl who loves snuggling under the blankets. She can be timid but is trusting once she gets to know you. She hasn’t barked at anything except for when someone knocks on the door. She walks very well on a leash and doesn’t seem too interested in other dogs barking from their yards. We haven’t introduced her to any cats yet, but she is good with kids and other dogs. She is very food motivated and can be territorial with her bone or chews. She doesn’t really care for toys yet. She is housetrained and she has not had one accident since being in her foster home. She loves car rides and behaves well in the car. She wants to ride shotgun, but is easily convinced to ride in the back seat! We think the idea home for her would be one where she is the only dog, or in a home that is willing to work on her resource guarding. She is medium energy, loves her walks, but also loves to just lay around under a blanket.
