Hi, I’m Casper! My name USED to be Rambo, but I go by Casper now… I also go by Cutie, Sweet Boy, and Silly Smush. I’ve had a bit of a bumpy go lately but I’ve found myself back at BARC’s so I’m a lot better now! My mom came from California on one of the BARC’s transports and she had me and my 7 siblings in foster care. I was one of the first to get adopted but it didn’t work out. I tried to be the very best boy, but it felt like nobody wanted me.
Anyways now I’m at my foster parent’s house with my foster sisters and I’m having a good time! I was definitely nervous when I got here because I was afraid of being moved again but my sisters really helped me relax. My foster mom works from home, and I stay with her so it makes me feel safe.
In my forever home I would really like another pup to show me the ropes, maybe a human sibling or two to play with, and a mum and dad who want to cuddle with me. I like romps in the yard, chewing on my kong, and playing with my foster sister. I don’t like spiky toys, raised water dishes, or being left fully by myself (if my sisters are there, I’m ok!). I am very good at staying in my crate for quiet time, when my family leaves and for bedtime. I also am working really hard at walking nicely on the leash. I’m still learning I must go to the bathroom outside, sometimes I don’t quite make it, but I just really started learning not that long ago.
I have so much love to give, I’m basically a big snuggle bug and just want to be with you. Can I please be a part of your family?
