Keisha is a super sweet girl, very affectionate and loves to cuddle up next to her humans whenever she has a chance. Keisha gets along with our resident dog for the most part. She walks super well and does not pull on the leash at all. Keisha is very curious and friendly and wants to meet all the dogs and people she encounters on a walk and has not shown any reactivity so far. Above all else, Keisha LIVES for mealtimes and treats and is super food motivated. Keisha is very smart and catches on to training fast, however we are trying to break the habit she has of jumping up on people, furniture, and the counter. Keisha is very quiet and has not barked once since her stay, however, she does not enjoy crate time and does have separation anxiety and cries for the first little bit after her humans leave the house. Keisha has not been exposed to children yet, however, I expect she would be fine with them. Keisha is a moderate energy dog and enjoys her daily long walks. She settles down for chill time really well when at home and will take advantage of any opportunity to jump on the couch for some cuddle time. She is also housetrained and has not had any accidents in the house.
Keisha is a lot is smaller than she looks, coming at only 35 pounds! She was used for over breeding and then dumped into a field. Keisha is as sweet as can be, calm, well mannered, really easy-going pup. She is dog friendly but prefers the attention and companionship of humans.
