Jasper is a very social, cuddly, friendly little guy. He loves people and other dogs and would be a perfect couch and bed companion for a family who wants a dog that sticks to their side like Velcro. Though he will eventually settle in his crate when placed in there, it's clear that he wants to be with either his people, or with the other dogs in the house.

He is very well behaved, and quite smart (and food motivated). Since he's just a puppy, we are working on house breaking with belly bands and frequent trips outside with lots of praise. He is very willing to potty outside already, so he's ahead of the curve for sure! He actually likes to just go out and lay in the sun and hang out as long as it isn't cold.

Jasper walks very well on the leash and isn't reactive. He doesn't bark much and isn't interested in the cat at all. He is immediately welcoming with company (though he is a little cautious around men initially). We haven't tried him around kids, but he's a gentle boy so as long as they are polite with him, I don't see a reason why he'd have any issues.

Overall, Jasper is going to make a great, easygoing lap dog for a lucky family, he's such a gem!
