Lavender (who we named Ms. Muffins) came to us from Arizona in rough shape. She had blistered feet, tics, ear infections and she was pregnant, fearful and totally shut down. She has done amazing! She embraced winter (although she needs a warm coat and booties). She loooves kids, she loves snuggling, she loves cuddling and she loves snacks. She needs patience to practice being on a leash, stairs (up is fine, down is scary), and trusting men.

Her favorite thing is soft fluffy blankets, cuddling on the couch and belly scratches. She’s a little awkward (in the most lovable way) she wants to play but isn’t 100% sure how -but she will zoom around with a silly grin.

She is totally potty trained and crate trained and didn’t bark at all, until she had her puppy-then she started barking when the door rang to protect her baby. We don’t think she will be a regular barker, and she’s otherwise very quiet.

She loves learning tricks and knows “up”, “sit”, “down” and recall. She is such a great little dog, and we would love to keep her if we could. If you want a loving little lap dog, please arrange to meet Ms Muffins!

Lavender will be ready to go to her furever home once her pup is 8 weeks old and has found his furever home.
