Moca is an amazing dog. He’s very content in his crate so decompression for him was easy. He will sleep through the night in his crate and only whine in the morning when he is ready to go out for a bathroom break. Moca is shy at first but warms up quickly. He gets along well with our dog and is learning lots from him already. He is food/treat motivated so easy to redirect. When he gets overstimulated, he gets more vocal, but is happy to go back in his crate to reset and decompress. Moca is a smart dog that thrives with stimulation. He does ok on leash, doesn’t pull, but also doesn’t understand walking in a straight line, lol. At first, he wasn’t sure what to think about our cat (small growls and barks) but now he pays her no attention - so he is definitely cat friendly. He is mostly potty trained. He will not always ask to use the bathroom, so we ensure to get him out as soon as he leaves the crate. He is quite good in the car.

Moca is a total love bug, he will follow us around & settle nicely nearby when we are relaxing. He loves plushy dog toys; he will pull out 6 toys from the basket and surround himself in them. Moca has the best zoomies & will race around the yard like it’s an obstacle course. We have not tested him with kids, but he shows zero signs of aggression; we have walked past kids while walking in the community and he was non-reactive. The Mexico intake had written a note about him being “spider dog” and they are TOTALLY right! Moca loves to climb up on and across anything he can get himself up to. I think with some training this will be easy to correct. Overall, a really great pup.
