Patrick is a sweet, affectionate, goofy boy with such a good temperament. He is a social butterfly and wants to meet every human and dog that he sees. He likes to follow his humans around the house to make sure he knows what’s going on all the time. He much prefers to be inside the house with his humans, rather than outside in the yard.
He is very playful and loves toys & balls and especially loves playing keep-away from his foster sister. He has been great with all people (including children) that he has met. He is very affectionate and cuddly, always happy to get pets, hugs, and belly rubs! He gets so excited for his daily walks, and he is a great jogging/running partner!
He still shows his playful puppy side often bouncing around the house with his toys. He has been a quick learner, he learnt “sit”, “down” and “wait” within the first two practice sessions. He has been a very quiet dog since he’s been in my care, other than when he hears a siren outside or on the TV, then his husky side comes out and he starts howling, it is very cute.
He is such a lovable boy; he will make a great addition to any family and would also do well with another dog in the home. Being only 1 year old, he will still need more guidance and training. But I have no doubt that he will pick anything up quickly.
