-gentle, loving, patient, charming personality
-LOVES people- wants to be with her people at all times
-walks well on leash but LOVES going to private off leash parks to run around and play (especially with another playful dog)
-very smart and learns quickly
-fully house trained (no accidents yet ). We usually put her out every couple hours though
-likes other dogs and does REALLY well with slow introductions. Hasn’t shown any aggression toward any dogs we’ve introduced her to. Will be assertive if a dog acts aggressive with her.
-will go in crate but doesn’t like to be left alone while in it…she will usually get out of it if left alone.
-does not like being confined when left alone. She does much better if left out. Will take shoes, slippers, clothing or other items and put them on a bed with her but won’t chew on them
-shows signs of separation anxiety - always wants to be around her dogs and people
-loves chewies, dentastix, treats and toys (especially bully sticks)
-high prey drive (tries to chase squirrels, etc)
-very calm in house. Loves lying on dog beds
-very affectionate and enjoys lots of attention
-untested with cats (will be exposed to one next weekend)
-likely good with kids. Always seems curious when children are around.
-travels well once in car but is hesitant to get in and nervous throughout the drive. Will settle after a bit
-needs to be supervised near fences - still seems to be looking for a way out
