Hi, my name is Beverly, since arriving at my foster home I have become a sweet and affectionate girl. I can be a little reserved in the beginning but as my comfort level grows, my hilarious personality comes out. From the happy and playful greetings when you come home to my joyous conversing.
I thrive in a calm and semi active home, playful moments mixed with rest and relaxation is where I thrive the most. I enjoy another friend or being on my own, can’t wait to find my forever home.
Very happy and go lucky, loves her routines.
Can lay and sleep for hours outside.
Likes to talk and tell you when its time to eat, go for a walk or when its time for bed. Will keep you on schedule.
On occasion she shows signs of nervous behaviour. She will find socks or old toys and chews them. If not stopped and taken away from her she will throw them up.
Loves her walks after breakfast and dinner.
Does love to chew on bones and play tug a war with her foster sister.
Enjoys going for car rides where she can stick her head out the window and feel the wind.
Great with dogs she knows.
She casually watches other dogs when walking.
Loves the attention when approached by the children in the neighborhood.
Hasn’t had any interaction with cats.

Beverly’s forever home will have a routine that provides a peaceful, predictable space. This is great for feeding and bedtime. She is good when left out while her people go to work. She enjoys spending her day snoozing on her favourite cushions. But, beware…. As soon as you come home, she will greet you with huge excitement and wanting dinner shortly after. At the end of the day, Beverly loves a good belly rub and snuggle before she will go lay on her own bed for the night.
