Just like the fictional tv character she was named after, Rachel will truly be one of your best Friends.
Rachel is a smart, beautiful (pictures cannot capture her true beauty), and confident little lady who LOVES to play! She adores small stuffy toys, especially squeaky balls (even leaves will do!) and will throw them around and hit them with her front paws over and over for a long time.
She has the softest fur and dries so fast after a bath! She sleeps well in her crate, rides well in an car, and is learning to potty outside. We have not actually had any accidents yet as she uses pee pads indoors and actually walked over to one in the evening to pee vs going on the carpet which most other 9 week olds do. She loves being outside and prefers to potty there, assuming we take her out in time.
Rachel is definitely more independent than her little brother Chandler (she’s from a litter of 8) who we are also currently fostering. She mastered the stairs and our dog ramp on day two. She explores the yard and approaches our resident dogs in hopes of playing far more often than her brother. She even chased after our dog while she was playing ball - such a brave girl! She is a very fast, little short tank!! Rachel has been quite quiet in her wire cage but hasn’t been separated from her brother yet. We will work on that.
Rachel is affectionate, but often too busy to want to snuggle, unless she is tired then she’s all about belly rubs and sweet kisses.
This sweet and spirited gal will keep you laughing and be your best Friend forever.
