This is Cliff, he is about 11 weeks old and is calm for a puppy. He is definitely a family dog, and wants to be right by your side, whether it’s while the kids are in the bath tub or when you stop to talk to a neighbour on a walk. Within seconds of finding his spot, he lays down, often with his head on your feet. He is amazing with the little kids – he likes to play gently with them and give them licks on the hands. He doesn’t need many reminders to be gentle. He is getting pretty good at commands as well and is starting to master: sit, stay, leave it, down, and close (on walks). He walks well on a leash, and only pulls when he sees the house. Cliff sleeps in a crate in the bedroom without issue but doesn’t love being left in the crate during the day and cries when you close the door. He rarely has an accident in the house if you let him out when he stands at the door. He has had minimal interaction with other dogs due to his shots not being complete but seems very excited to play with them. Cliff is the perfect family dog; he is pretty low key, and likes to watch the scene around him, he enjoys kids and adults alike, and best of all he likes to cuddle, and when he stares into your eyes, he looks into your soul, and you fall in love.
