Meet Gordon, the sweetest and most affectionate rescue dog you’ll ever meet! Gordon is a playful, adventurous spirit who gets so excited for his daily walks. He’s an active boy and keeps up great on outdoor adventures.

Gordon has been nothing short of wonderful with every dog he’s met—whether they’re big or small. He’s also great on a leash, making walks a joy for everyone as he’s still working on his recall.

Though Gordon may feel a little anxious in new surroundings at first, he’s much more at ease when he has the company of another dog, which helps him feel secure when left alone. Gordon is not a fan of his crate, but we’re working on building a positive relationship with it by using it for meals.

This sweet boy is also good with kids—he’s met a few and has shown nothing but gentleness. Gordon doesn’t bark, but he does make adorable husky-like noises when he’s excited or wants attention. A quick pet on his head, though, and he’s happy to settle right down.

Gordon is also well-behaved in the car, enjoying trips and settling in for the ride. He’s fully house-trained and ready for his forever home. While he hasn’t been around cats, we’re unsure how he would react, so it’s something to keep in mind.

A loving, adventurous companion, Gordon is sure to bring joy and excitement to any family. He thrives on affection, enjoys an active lifestyle, and is looking for someone to share his love with.

Adoption costs: $375.00
