Pippi 💫

This girl will steal your heart…one crazy ear photo at a time. From the first day she arrived in foster she’s been sleeping quietly through the night, and has been 100% accident free. Now that we’ve discovered she’s a little younger than first guessed these skills seem pretty impressive. And she keeps impressing us.

Pippi’s approx 5 months old, and while she’s very much a normal crazy puppy, she’s also one of those odd ones that can be calm and very well behaved. I think that’s why they thought she was older. She’s like an old soul with a daily case of zoomies.

She’s loved everyone she’s met so far (including the vet) and she’s currently being fostered with another female dog. Pippi was found as a stray along with her sister, but we don’t really know much else about her. She’s done well with slow intros with other dogs, and does appear very dog friendly, just a little fearful of intense meetings. Going slow does wonders for her.

Pippi is crate trained, potty trained (zero accidents since arriving in foster), is picking up on basic training with ease because she’s super treat motivated, has better leash manners than most dogs (and we’re just starting her training), is adorably cute and has the sweetest personality. She’s a rarity. Oh yeah, and those ears of hers…
