Bowser came with his brother Yoshi to BARCS from the North West Territories. Just after he arrived he went to live in a busy foster household with 3 animals, 2 dogs and a cat. And he has flourished, growing into an affectionate and clever puppy. Bowser’s brother Yoshi was adopted, and now it is Bowser’s turn to find his forever home.

Bowser has stollen his foster mom’s heart. He is incredibly brave, charging head first into each new experience and adventure. He taught himself to go up and down the stairs at his foster home the first day he arrived. Even though the stairs were taller than him!

Bowser has learned some awesome puppy foundations. He sleeps through the night in his crate, he understands that he needs to go outside to potty, and he is learning crate training when his foster mom is working. Bowser also walks so well on a leash and is excited to go outside and try new things.

The best part about Bowser is how sweet he is. There are too many fun things to do to cuddle for long, but he gives great puppy kisses and always wants to be with his person. He is super affectionate. Bowser also loves giving his foster siblings kisses and playing with them. He would do well either as a solo dog or a family with other pets.

Finally, Bowser has the amazing skill of picking up toys and bones and playing by himself instead of looking for things to destroy. It is so nice to have a puppy in the house that can settle. He does love to pick up shoes and other objects and carry them through the house as prizes, so his forever family will need to puppy proof their house. But he is very good about choosing dog toys to play with and leaving human things alone.
