Tarzana is a sweet, loving, and gentle girl. She has an irresistible love for belly rubs and will roll over on her back at the slightest hint of affection. Her happy place is being next to her humans, and she adores people of all ages.
Tarzana’s life hasn’t always been easy, but despite her challenges, she lovingly cared for her eight puppies.
Before coming to BARCS, Tarzana lived her life outdoors. It took her some time to transition into her foster home, but with patience and kindness, she has started to come out of her shell. She’s even completed some zoomie laps around the yard! Despite her past, she has never had an accident in the home, although she does struggle with going into a kennel.
Tarzana would do best as either an only dog or with a calm, laid-back companion. She thrives in a peaceful, loving environment where she can receive plenty of one-on-one attention.
Cats are not recommended, as she seems to want to chase them.
It has been amazing to watch Tarzana’s resilience. She is worth taking a chance on and will make any family happy.
