Nerd is a delightful companion who has quickly become a beloved foster member of our family. Although his experience with cats and children is unknown, his sociable nature shines when he’s around other dogs, especially the larger breeds, with whom he loves to play. Nerd is remarkably intelligent, picking up new tricks rapidly, and he tends to learn even faster in the presence of other dogs, often mirroring their behavior which makes training a breeze.
He is wonderfully quiet and well-mannered in the car, making every journey a pleasant experience. At home, Nerd is fully house-trained and has a charming way of ringing a bell by the door to let us know when he needs to go outside, though he does require frequent potty breaks every couple of hours. While Nerd is still perfecting his leash skills and may sometimes pull when something piques his curiosity, he’s making great progress. He rarely barks, only expressing his excitement vocally during playtime, adding to his endearing personality. Nerd’s joyful, loving nature makes him a fantastic addition to any home lucky enough to have him.
