Eminem is the perfect dog! He is the biggest goofball and somehow manages to be the perfect amount of playful and cuddly all at the same time. Want to go for a walk? He’ll be there. Want to just throw a toy and play fetch while you sit on the couch? He’s game. Want to have a lazy day and take a nap? He’s in. We really can’t figure out how this little guy ended up in a shelter - he’s beyond wonderful.
We have not had the chance to try introducing him to new dogs yet so we are unsure of how he is meeting new friends, but he absolutely loves playing with our dog that is similar to his size (he does get quite upset at our neighbor dog on the other side of the fence though). We have also introduced him to kids (5 & 8 years old) and he was OBSESSED with them - he kind of has the energy and personality of a 5-year-old himself so we can see why they got along so well.
He initially was not house trained when we got him, but he learned so quickly! We still have him wear a belly band inside just to be extra safe, but he has not tried to sneak any pees inside in days now.
Fostering this boy has been such a joy and we absolutely adore him! Whoever adopts him will be very lucky.
