Female, 3 years, Staffordshire terrier X

Upon approach to the kennel the dog is unsure and does not have good kennel presentation. But once the tester opens the kennel and calls to her she is easy to leash and is all tail wags. Out of her kennel she is very sweet and affectionate. She actively seeks attention from the testers. She does show evidence of prior training such as, sit. She is very treat motivated, takes treats roughly, but no food bowl aggression seen. When presented with another dog she becomes stiff and begins growling; does not want any contact with other dogs. She should be the only dog in the household.

PLEASE NOTE
This dog has just arrived in care and is currently unavailable for adoption. It will go into foster care for 1 week so we can get to know their personalities better. After the first week, we will post their adoption biographies and review adoption applications or announce that the foster provider has adopted them. At that time, if you would like to be considered in the event they are accepting applications, please fill out an adoption application.
