Ripley came to my place just over three weeks ago and she immediately wanted to join my pack. Ripley is a very social dog with other dogs (she will stand up for herself when a dog crosses a boundary) and she loves to cuddle, give kisses and be picked up.
She is very food motivated- but she does not resource gained food or tours, She can be fed with my other pups. She loves to chew but only things that she is given bones and toys.
She sleeps through the night and she is house trained. She walk very well on leash. She does not park a lot unless someone approaches my house.
Ripley will jump up when excited- but she is very gentle when doing it. She can be redirected by telling her off.
Only thing you have to watch out is Ripley has hops. She has hopped up on a chair and then onto my dining room table to see if there is food there. She cannot reach kitchen counter tops.
I would keep her but if I did I would no longer be able to foster. Hopefully my loss (she is going to be a tough one to let go) is your gain. Adopt Ripley now.
