Meet Cooper! This gorgeous boy is a sweet, quiet, clumsy, and full of love. He craves human touch and loves to snuggle up beside you whenever possible. He loves to play tug-o-war with humans, and he loves when he gets to play with his brother, Jethro, who also came to BARCs with him. He doesn’t bark in his kennel, even when the rest of the dogs set off the alarm bells. He is sweet-natured and would really love to be placed in a home where he can become a confident young pup!
