Hello there!
I am Walnut, a curious and sweet soul with a brave heart.
I will bring a big smile on your face and make your life feel a little calmer just by being around.
My foster Mom tells me that I am golden like sunshine, and as sweet as a muffin. The perfect blend of lap dog and adventure partner!
I am a smart little boy with a playful spirit that can brighten up even the dullest days. I love walks, especially when I can chase butterflies or leaves, taking in new sights, and play with my friends. I am a great companion on the leash, trotting along your side with easy and greeting people with gentle friendliness.
Are you looking for a patio partner? I will stay faithfully by your side.
Training has been a breeze! I am fully housetrained, and will give you a clue when I need to go outside. I taught myself how to go up and down stairs. I know how to sit and politely take my treats and I have an excellent recall. I am well-mannered puppy who does not jump or destroy anything in a house.
My bedtime routine includes being close to my caregivers and having my own little bed and blanket nearby to curl for a cozy night in. I quietly sleep through the night without an accident. I may whine in my crate for a bit, but I settle down fast, especially if house is quiet and I can see you.
I love to play with my toys and can entertain myself.
I am great with dogs and cats, never chasing or spooking my foster mom cats. I am more of a quiet observer than a nosy curious type of dog.
I can be a little nervous and shy when encountering new people and places but once I get more familiar, I warm right up. I was anxious at the beginning when I could not see my mom, but I learned that she always comes back. I still can be spooked by loud noises and fast movements, but I am only 4 months puppy.
Adopting baby Walnut would mean endless love, laughter, and a loyal companion who will always be by your side. He is a perfect match for someone who appreciates a calm, well- mannered dog, who would happily share quiet evenings and outdoor adventures.
Walnut would be happy to find a family that does not have to leave him alone for long time.
If you are looking for a loyal, easygoing companion who will quickly become your best friend, Walnut is ready to meet you! He will make your life complete!
