Swedish Chef is a spirited young pup with a zest for life and a nose for treats! This energetic girl is always ready to explore, play, and learn—especially if there’s a tasty reward involved. Her food motivation makes her a quick learner, and she’s already picking up new tricks with enthusiasm. To help her savor mealtime, she’d benefit from a slow feeder (she thinks every meal is a race!).

🐾 Social Butterfly (with a Barky Hello) Swedish Chef gets along fabulously with other dogs and loves making new friends. She can be a bit vocal during greetings, but don’t let that fool you—she’s all tail wags and happy hops once the introductions are done.

👧 Kid-Approved Having spent time around preteens, Swedish Chef has decided that kids are awesome! She does have a tendency to jump up when excited, so she’d be best suited to a family with older children.

🐱Swedish Chef is learning her boundaries with the resident cat, she can still be a bit excited at times, but she takes correction well and the novelty of having the cat around is definitely wearing off.

🛏️ Crate Comfort & Potty Progress Swedish Chef is doing well with her crate training—she almost sleeps through the night and often seeks out her crate for nap time. She’s learning to do her business outside and is mostly reliable, though she may have the occasional accident if her foster mom misses her cue at the door.
