💛 Personality
Iotus is a sweet, smart, and very affectionate girl. She loves playing with balls, getting scratches behind her ears, and turns into a playful pup when you scratch her chest. One of her absolute favorite treats? Peanut butter snacks.
She has high energy, so she’ll thrive with an active family who can provide exercise, space, and consistent love. She’s obedient and highly trainable, responding well to positive reinforcement. While she is not aggressive with people, she can be reactive with other dogs, especially if she feels her space is threatened. Introductions should be done slowly and thoughtfully.

📖 Life Story
Iotus was rescued in January 2025, when she was just a 7-month-old puppy. She was found on the streets, starving, weak, and eating trash off the ground. Her body weighed only 4.5 kg (less than 10 lbs) — she was all bones and heartbreak.
She showed clear signs of human abuse. A frayed rope was tied around her neck, likely from being tied up or dragged. She was also very sick with distemper, and her condition was so poor that she didn’t even know how to eat or drink water. She would try to bite the water, not knowing how to lap it up. Trash and feces were her only familiar sources of “food.”
Iotus was terrified of humans. She wouldn't make eye contact. Her expression was hollow — the look of a soul who had given up on life. She was a lost baby with no spark left, no faith in humanity.
But then came the turning point.
After a long recovery process that included deworming, intensive medical care, and socialization, Iotus came back to life. With love, patience, and time, she transformed.
Today, she is healthy, vibrant, playful, and full of joy. Her coat shines, her tail wags, and her once-empty eyes now light up when she hears her name or sees her favorite toy.
