Female, 3 years, Lab X, 44 lbs
Coco is a low to medium energy dog, very playful, good with dogs and people. She was rescued on Christmas Eve with her pups in an abandoned vehicle. After being rescued it was discovered she had eye and mammary infections and was infested with fleas. She was treated for more than 15 days for her mammary infection but is fine now. Coco is very obedient and loving and loves to be with people. The ideal family for Coco would be one that isn’t overly active. She is good with other dogs and would be fine for kids as she is a calm dog.
This dog has just arrived in care and is currently unavailable for adoption. It will go into foster care for 1 week so we can get to know their personalities better. After the first week, we will post their adoption biographies and review adoption applications or announce that the foster provider has adopted them. At that time, if you would like to be considered in the event they are accepting applications, please fill out an adoption application.
Arrived from California February 23.
