Meet Nerf 🐾
Nerf is a lovable little guy who wants nothing more than to be cuddled by his people. He absolutely thrives on love and attention and is happiest when he’s right in the middle of the action. This sweet boy is also full of energy and enjoys long walks, play sessions, and staying active with his humans.
Nerf and the resident dog became instant besties, and he would do very well with another canine companion. That said, he could also be perfectly happy as an only dog, as long as his human is around often. Nerf loves being the centre of attention and soaking up all the affection he can get.

• Cats: Not tested, but likely not. Nerf has a high prey drive, even toward animals larger than himself
• Dogs: Yes, with proper introductions

• Barking: Minimal. He does not bark indoors unless the Roomba is out, and outdoors only if something really excites him
Things Nerf Is Working On
• Nerf can be a bit nervous in new situations. New people, places, and dogs can feel overwhelming at first, so he needs a patient adopter who will help him build confidence at his own pace
• He has some separation anxiety that is actively being worked on. He is not a fan of his kennel at first, but he does settle and sleeps well in it through the night
• He is still learning house manners and boundaries

Nerf would make a wonderful companion for someone who is patient, affectionate, and willing to help him continue building confidence. In return, he promises endless cuddles, kisses, and devotion to his person.
