Female, 2 years, chihuahua X, 19 lbs
Happy was rescued from the streets where she was being chased by a pack of dogs as she was in heat. She was rescued and spent some time being treated at the vet. Happy is very sweet and friendly and she likes to play with other dogs. She is a very active dog and can live with dogs of any size. She always loves to play. She is intelligent and obedient and knows when it is time to sleep or to go outside to do her business. Happy loves running and going to the park, so she will need an active family that can give her adequate exercise.
This dog has just arrived in care and is currently unavailable for adoption. It will go into foster care for 1 week so we can get to know their personalities better. After the first week, we will post their adoption biographies and review adoption applications or announce that the foster provider has adopted them. At that time, if you would like to be considered in the event they are accepting applications, please fill out an adoption application.
Arrived from California February 17.
