Wrangler
Wrangler has been an absolute joy to have in our home. He is spunky and full of never ending boxer energy.
He thrives when he is with his people, and would do best in a home where he isn’t left alone. Think of it as though you’re adopting a new shadow. He is crate trained and is great in the crate when he’s in the same room as his people, and fairly good when he’s with his foster brother and sister.
Wrangler is food motivated and picks up on things quite easily, with consistent work I think he will excel with all commands and tricks!
Wrangler does very well overnight but needs frequent potty breaks during the day to avoid accidents in the house.
Wrangler would do best in a home that has experience with the breed, he is extremely high energy, isn’t best at picking up social cues, and plays heavily with his paws. This needs to be considered if you have another dog in the home, or young kids. When the resident dogs aren’t up for a boxing match, after many attempts to coax them, wrangler plays well with toys on his own. He is fantastic on leash and rarely pulls, he requires very little cuing to walk next to you and loose leashed.
Wrangler is such a sweetheart and we’ll be very sad to see him leave our home!
