🐾 Meet Honey Mustard - Your Sweet, Smart Little Shadow
Her soulful and expressive eyes will pull you in and make you melt, and her curious and intelligent nature will show you why she is a keeper. Honey loves to run, play tug-of-war, and sniff out sticks. She will sit and supervise as you complete tasks around the house, making sure you don’t feel too alone. She is also very affectionate and will crawl on your lap and fall asleep within seconds when she has the chance.
Honey gives the impression she would be easy to train as she is very food motivated and eager to please. Honey is already making leaps and bounds in learning “sit”, “calm” for not jumping up when waiting for her food bowl. She enjoys completing enrichment tasks and is able to follow directions on walks. Honey has been doing great on a leash and is finding her confidence more with every trip around the block, though the loud noises of cars can still be pretty scary at first!
Honey can be cautious around new people and situations and may look to her people for support but warms up within minutes and turns into that friendly and eager pup to get all the pets from everyone she meets. She plays great with her sister and even helps encourage good behaviour in her (especially when treats are on the line).
Honey has also been getting the hang of potty training and has started to let you know when she would like to go out, though just like any puppy her excitement can sometimes get the better of her still!
Honey would be great as a solo dog but would also do great with other dogs to learn, play, and wrestle with. If you are looking for a gentle, intelligent, and playful girl to make part of your family, this is your girl!
