If you're looking for an all-around wonderful family dog, Churro might just be your perfect match! ❤️ This adorable low-riding Lab mix is young, playful, affectionate, and always ready for fun.
Churro is fully potty trained, sleeps quietly through the night, and walks beautifully on leash. He loves his daily walks and would be thrilled to have a yard where he can stretch his legs, do his famous zoomies, and spend time sniffing all the exciting smells.
He's fantastic with people and has done amazingly well with children. He also gets along great with other dogs and has seamlessly made new canine friends. His foster says he's simply a joy to have around.
Like many young dogs, Churro still has a bit of puppy charm. He can occasionally get a little mouthy or jump up when he's excited, but he's eager to learn and continues to gain confidence every day.
He's kennel trained and happily goes into his crate on his own. He sleeps comfortably there at night and relaxes in it while his people are home. The one thing he's still working on is being left alone in his kennel, as he sometimes tries to escape when his family leaves the house. His foster has been making great progress helping him build confidence with this.
Churro can also be a little unsure of new experiences. For example, he was initially nervous about getting into the car, but once inside he did great, and each ride has become easier than the last.
This handsome boy has so much personality, so much love to give, and plenty of cuteness to go around. 🥰 He's looking for a family who will include him in everyday adventures, enjoy playtime together, and give him the love and guidance he deserves.
