Personality ❤️
Cobb is a happy-go-lucky girl with a heart full of love! At about 1½ years old and approximately 35 lbs, she is a professional cuddler, expert kiss-giver, and all-around wonderful companion.
On our daily neighbourhood walks, she happily strolls past people and dogs without any reaction at all, making her a fantastic walking partner. She occasionally zig-zags because she likes to stop and smell everything along the way—but honestly, who doesn't? It just adds to her charm!
Cobb also earned rave reviews during her bath and nail trim appointment. The groomers described her as a sweetheart with both staff and the other dogs.
Her favourite hobbies include:
• Handing out free kisses
• Snuggling on the couch
• Going for daily walks
• Zooming around the yard with her dog friends
• Collecting belly rubs
• Going for car rides with her people
Cobb is the definition of a Velcro dog. If you're sitting down, she's sitting with you. If you're lying down, she's lying beside you. If you're heading to the kitchen... well, Cobb is coming too!
She loves people, loves other dogs, and couldn't care less about cats. She rarely barks and is known for her sweet, easy-going personality. Dogs barking at her on walks? Cobb simply carries on with her day. The only time she usually barks is when someone knocks at the door or when something unexpected on TV startles her.
Cobb is also crate trained. She comfortably handles a 6-hour workday in her crate. She may start with a little bit of drama when first going in, but settles down quickly. Her stuffed animals are her favourite crate companions and help make it her cozy little space.
She sleeps quietly through the night, enjoys car rides, and no resource guarding has been observed around food or toys. Cobb has also shown that she can be trusted in the home and is not destructive when left alone.
Perfect Home 🏡
Cobb would fit beautifully into many different homes, but if she had a vote, she'd probably choose a home with another playful dog! She absolutely loves canine companions and enjoys chasing, wrestling, and sharing zoomies around the yard.
That said, Cobb does not need another dog to be happy. She could also thrive as an only dog with a family committed to daily walks, adventures, playtime, and opportunities to spend time with other furry friends.
While she enjoys relaxing and cuddling, she also loves playtime and would thrive in a moderately active home with daily walks, adventures, and lots of affection.
She absolutely adores playing with other dogs and would love a canine buddy to share zoomies with, but it's not a requirement as long as she has opportunities to visit with dog friends.
