Male, 2 years, pit bull X, 55 lbs

Hondo is such a sweetheart with amazing potential, but is in need of some training with his manners. He is a jumper and counter surfs and on leash he pulls and is very strong. His energy level is VERY high! Because of this, he needs a home with no small children at the moment. He does best with calm dogs his own size.

He is not food or dog aggressive, loves to play fetch, can sit and has not had an accident in the house - he’s getting the hang of going to the back door to let us know he wants out & he behaves very well in his crate over night or when he needs to have some quiet time. He also just loves to be comforted and cuddled. He just melts when he’s getting a good rub.
