Male, 3 years, Rottweiler, 82 lbs

Rolo is the sweetest boy. He absolutely loves people, men in particular. He is learning to play and to play with toys but he doesn't realize his strength and his size. He is learning to be very good on leash and doesn't pull much but when he sees other dogs he does pull, so needs to be with someone who can be patient with him and also who can handle his size and strength.

He is very food oriented and can be food aggressive, but we are working on that. He is very dominant and needs someone who not only has experience with his breed but also will keep working on his manners

He needs to be in a home with no other dogs or cats at least for the time being. And a very slow introduction with dogs.

He has been fine around kids as young at 3, however due to his food aggression, older kids are recommended.

He is still learning what it's like to be a normal dog so he doesn't know too many commands, he knows sit, stay, come, and he is trying to learn paw and lay down but hasn't mastered them yet.

He loves a good cuddle and has even climbed on the bed just for a quick snuggle.

He is a very loving dog and will be very loyal to anyone.

Rolo is being fostered in Calgary.
