Available/Foster Home Needed

Male, 3 years, bully X, 72 lbs

Foster/future home should be confident in handling larger dogs. He is very emotive with his body and face, but if someone is intimidated by him, he could seem aggressive when he isn't. He has a tendency to nip/muzzle punch towards anything that he is uncomfortable with. Because of his size, he can come across as intimidating. He is really just insecure and scared. With the right home dedicated to building his confidence and showing him how to dog properly, he would make someone a lovely companion. Dogs in the home would be discouraged. After a while, he may be fine to be introduced to calmer, older dogs that are stable and won't feed his insecurities. For now, it would be recommended that he be an only dog. Older or calmer dogs within the family but not within the same home would be alright. He needs a home with no cats as well.
