Izzy is a very soft and gentle dog. She takes treats very nicely and loves to be made a fuss of! She is very well-behaved in the house, walks great on a leash (favouring your right hand side), and travels very well in the car. She responds well to softer tones and loves to be sung to!

Izzy is fantastic when it comes to meeting new people and other dogs...even in the pet store! She also had no reaction to other animals such as geese, squirrels, and rabbits. It is unknown if she is good with cats or children.

She seems to be a bit of a picky eater at the moment but we're working on that! She prefers kibble and canned food mixed together.

Izzy enjoys being bathed at the dog wash and looking out the window at the world outside! She knows her name and responds well when she is called. She even knows some tricks like "sit", "here", and "come". She is not high energy and doesn't know what toys are (another thing we are working on with her). Being left alone does make Izzy stressed out so she would be best suited for an active retired person or family.
