Coop is a very soft and gentle dog. He takes treats very nicely and loves to be made a fuss of! He is very well-behaved in the house and yard, he is working on his leash manners but gets easily excited when there are things to explore, like other dogs behind fences. He travels very well in the car and responds well to yummy treats.

He is house trained and has not had any accidents since arriving. He rarely barks unless the resident dog starts it.

He’s an amazing eater but in typical lab/pittie style, he is a bit of a sloppy drinker. He hasn’t shown any food aggression around the resident dog or people.

He has done very well in the shower and loved the water! He is working hard on his manners and tricks like "sit, come, down". He is not high energy but will play in spurts and he doesn’t mind copying the resident dog chewing on some awesome toys!

Coop sleeps so beautifully in his crate all night with no accidents. We are sure he would much rather curl up and sleep in bed with you, but out of respect for his new forever home, we’re keeping his crate bed time routine. He has done very well being left in his crate for small periods of time during the day but will voice his displeasure for a few minutes. He sure does love people and would rather be velcro’d to you and give you all his love.
