Bobby is an 8-month-old heeler mix. He had a rough start in life but has quickly adapted to living in a house. He loves to run around outside, dig holes and use his nose. He is just getting used to walks so some leash training is needed, very easy to walk in general. He’s very scared of cars so he needs to be lifted into the car, once he’s in, he’s fine to sit on your lap and look out the windows. He doesn’t know his name but will come to you if you snap your fingers or make kissy noises. He absolutely loves other dogs. He hasn’t been exposed to cats. He’s very very timid and weary of new people. He needs slow supervised introductions for him to get a good first impression, after that he’s a little shy but generally comfortable. Contrary to his energy outside, he’s a quiet, polite dog inside. He will whine occasionally but doesn’t bark, even at dogs, people or cars. He is just about house trained, he knows “no”, “sit”, “lie down”, and is currently learning how to shake a paw. He’s a very smart young dog who loves to end his days cuddling in the couch or in bed.
