Female, 1 year, bully X, 40 lbs
This girl is a bit on the timid side but warms up fairly quickly to people and dogs. Very tolerant of dogs and doesn’t act defensive when scared. Will come out of her shell and play but still needs to build up some confidence. She is an absolute doll who just wants to crawl in your lap. She needs leash work. On leash she just melts but we are starting to condition her on a leash. She showed little interest in toys and took her some time to play with a dog. She is really treat motivated which makes her trainable. I would say she is calm but as she comes more out of her shell she might become more active.
This dog has just arrived in care and is currently unavailable for adoption. It will go into foster care for 1 week so we can get to know their personalities better. After the first week, we will post their adoption biographies and review adoption applications or announce that the foster provider has adopted them. At that time, if you would like to be considered in the event they are accepting applications, please fill out an adoption application.
Arrived from California on February 26.
